The called her The Hunter and she was the longest surviving fighter in the women’s arena.

She wasn’t particularly tall but she was decently muscled with enough scars twisting around her limbs to rival the men’s arena reigning champions.

No one ever saw her face as she had worn an antlered helm from the first moment she stepped onto the burning sand. Its intricate face plate, now dirty with blood, covered her features but those in the first row swore that they could see her eyes burning with fire as she set her sight on her next prey. The rest of her armor, a leather worked, metal edge bodice and matching greaves and bracers revealed much of her body as was the fashion for the female gladiators but no distinguishing marks could be seen. The mystery of her origin generated as much talk as the odds for her next battle.

Her weapon of choice was a large hunting knife with a wicked hook at the base. It was a messy weapon, close quarters and she often emerged at the end of the battle drenched in blood drying in various shades of blood.
